Toto (she/they) is an artist of viet descent based in germany who focuses on merch design and ttrpg inspired works.

Toto has been exhibiting at german convention for more than 10 years and offers a variety of products and servies.

Examples shown are of shared booths with the art collective "FlamingoPark" which Totoroki is part of.

Merch Design & Illustrations

Toto's art is vibrant and playful. They enjoy using bright colours and take inspiration from ttrpgs and various cartoons and pop culture.

Merch Design Commissions

Please contact me via Email for requests regarding Merch Commissions.Prices vary depending on product, complexity and commercial or private usage.

1. Timeline and Scope of Work•The artist will submit a sketch before proceeding with final commission piece unless it is a skeb style commission or Toon Me Commission. Toon Me Commissions that depict a fictional character will have a sketch submission.
•Once the sketch is approved by the customer, major changes to the design will not be approved.
•A timeframe will be discussed individually by the artist and customer. The artist will finish the final commissioned piece by discussed timeframe.
•The artist will in no form use generative AI to create or alter the commissioned work.2. Payment•Refunds for commissioned pieces will not be granted.
•Payment will be upfront unless discussed otherwise.
•Payment will be via Paypal, Kofi or Bank Transfer unless discussed otherwise.
•No refunds admissable after work on the commissioned piece has begun unless the artist fails to deliver the final product in a timely manner.3. Revisions•The artist will be in contact with the customer during the process.
•The customer can ask for up to 3 minor revisions.
•Revisions after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will not be entertained.4. Copyright and ReproductionThe artist reserves the right to:
•include commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commissions sheets etc.
•Claim the commissioned piece as their own workThe commissioner and other parties may NOT (unless discussed otherwise):
•Reproduce the artwork for merchandise unless commercial use was discussed and agreed upon
•Claim the commissioned work as their own work.
•Edit or alter the commissioned work using generative AI
•Use the commissioned artwork to train generative AI in any form whatsoeverThe artwork is for personal use only if not discussed otherwise. Reproduction of the artwork without proper permissions is not allowed. The artist regains all rights to the artwork.If you commission the artist you will have agreed to these terms.Crediting the artist when using the commissioned artwork is highly appreciated. ♡I claim the right to refuse commissions without naming the reason
