Merch Design Commissions

Please contact me via Email for requests regarding Merch Commissions.Prices vary depending on product, complexity and commercial or private usage.

1. Timeline and Scope of Work•The artist will submit a sketch before proceeding with final commission piece
•Once the sketch is approved by the customer, major changes to the design will not be approved.
•A timeframe will be discussed individually by the artist and customer. The artist will finish the final commissioned piece by discussed timeframe.
2. Payment•Refunds for commissioned pieces will not be granted.
•Payment will be upfront unless discussed otherwise.
•Payment only via Paypal unless discussed otherwise.
•No refunds admissable after work on the commissioned piece has begun.
3. Revisions•The artist will be in contact with the customer during the process.
•The customer can ask for up to 3 minor revisions.
•Revisions after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will not be entertained.
4. Copyright and ReproductionThe artist reserves the right to:
•include commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commissions sheets etc.
•Claim the commissioned piece as their own work
•Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, shirts etc. (Unless discussed otherwise)
The commissioner and other parties may not (unless discussed otherwise):
